Business Process and Staffing Analysis

SG3 served as an advisor for the initial stage of a comprehensive redesign of Seattle Public Utilities’ business model for development services transactions. We helped lead early stage definition meetings to develop a profile of customer stakeholders and designed a survey to identify needs and corresponding requirements for business unit capability and capacity. SG3 assisted with analysis and evaluation of high-level business model and transactional architecture concepts for development and developer services and assisted with a high-level evaluation of development policy.
