Capacity, Management, Operations & Maintenance Phase II

Phase II of Seattle Public Utilities CMOM program was a five-year performance improvement effort to meet federal and state requirements for reducing sewer overflows, combined sewer overflows, and preventing dry weather overflows. SG3 served as an operations and maintenance advisor on the EMA team to help improve the approach to system cleaning and renewal, stormwater system management, and technology tool optimization. Our role included co-located program leadership, staff augmentation, field assessments, and development and implementation of maintenance and operational improvements.
