Pier 62 Demolition and Replacement

SG3 provided utility coordination to disconnect the old pier from utilities and upgrade utilities within the adjacent roadway, including integration with the future road grades and utility improvements for the Central Waterfront program. The new utility services to the new pier and the land-side improvements were planned to accomplish future program goals during this early phase.
