This mega-project was the critical first step in the City of Seattle’s massive urban waterfront redevelopment program. SG3’s utility coordination leadership facilitated interdisciplinary design, integrated major stakeholders, and improved constructability. This work achieved tens of millions of dollars in project cost savings, reduced risk and conflict through optimized design and construction options and decreased the need for utility relocation.
